Do you love chocolate? If so, this is the place to go! I had an espresso milkshake and shares waffles with my friend. They were super light and fluffy. I could eat them all day. When you walk in, the had a shop where you can buy different kinds of chocolate as well. Super fun place to eat at.

Cool atmosphere and tasty desserts. I’ve been twice and only ever done dessert but the food arriving to tables around us always looks so good. We’ve always split the sharing fondue and love the variety. Definitely a cool spot to stop in and try.

This place is chocolate heaven! First off, recommend making reservations in advance as this place gets packed and busy real fast. Except at least a two hour wait if you simply show up. The have an appetizers menu of which I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip fondue. The dip was AMAZING! The soy glazed sesame salmon was well worth it also. Lastly, the churros with toffee and dark chocolate completed the meal. The two of us split the above and were quite satisfied while not burrowing a hole in our pockets. Enjoy!

Geeat spot in NYC for chocolate lovers. My family and I have gone many times and always leave satisfied. The food and service is good and the dessert is to die for! You can go for lunch, dinner, or just dessert. Great for groups of all sizes and people of all ages. Would definitely suggest making a reservation since the wait could be long on the weekends.

This place came highly recommended from friends as a must for our trip to New York. Highly recommend a reservation as the wait can get extremely long. We had the Mac and cheese, was super good. As well as the dessert pizza. I would say try something other than the dessert pizza. It was kind of dry, maybe if they threw a scoop of ice cream in with it or on top it would be perfect but otherwise I would suggest a different dessert.

Out of this world! Found this place on Yelp. Amazing pasta---corn ravioli with shishito peppers. Limoncello margarita was frothy and had a slice of blood orange. Delicious. What a happy surprise after the 9/11 Memorial.

Went there for my daughter’s 18th birthday.... horrible service and mediocre food . Waited 3 hours for our food 🤬🤬🤬

We stopped here on our way out of Manhattan. We only had time to get the chocolate pizza but it was really wonderful. My kid loved it and so did I.

I wish they had vegan options. A hot cocoa would nice, but all they have is milk. It’s too bad it’s not a bad place to sit on a cold day. There’s almost never any seating in the cafe area. I’ve been here a couple times just to go with friends, it’s just hard to get seating.

I went here with my wife on Valentine's day. We tried to book on dinner time but it was full ly booked. Thus, we booked on 3pm. There was so many people even 3 PM but we were able to have table on time. My wife had chocolate martini and I had sip too it was so good!! I am alcohol allergic but I felt I could finish one. Food was good. Dessert we had chocolate fondue share and we selected milk and white chocolate. It was so good that we completely finished all desserts! I will definitely go again!

Incredibly amazing experience. Everyone is warm, right from the usher to the server. The hot chocolate delicious. I like it dark less sugary , very few places even in NYC deliver it right. They did it perfect. The person who waited on us was so nice and absolutely accommodated this request. Amongst other things (chicken wings-delicious) ordered there was salad which I didn't like and didn't eat. They took it off the cheque themselves so much to our surprise. The ambience, the music, the whole atmosphere just makes you happy. You'll walk away with warm fuzzy feelings. But make reservation- can be annoyingly long waits specially starting around thanksgiving.

Excellent dinner and dessert! I recommend making a reservation before you arrive so that you don’t have to worry about the long wait.

If you’re a chocolate aficionado like myself..you’ll love this place. They also serve entrees and not just desserts. I usually dread going into the city but this makes it worth it. Not too expensive either and generous portions.

Yes the chocolate is really good and the waffles too! It's very crowded and too noisy but the service is polite and fast. Please make reservations, especially in this season (Valentine's day approaching)...Prices are pretty decent so that's an extra point. You won't be disappointed.Fondue is the next mission! ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»

It’s Max Brenner’s... of course its good. They have food there as well and it does not lag behind its chocolate. I had their mac and cheese and it was very good and their wine selection is decent. But then there is the chocolate... oh my god the chocolate.... i’ve yet to have a bad dessert there so i will definitely return.

Mac n cheese burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life (a heavenly experience to cherish). And it comes with yummy waffle fries! They have a ton of tables but get super busy on weekends, so it’s best to make a reservation ahead of time.

My five year old daughter and I came to visit after it was recommended by a friend. By all accounts this should be your usual tourist trap but it’s not at all. It’s super chill, went on a Saturday and got right in. The brunch was amazing and tasted waaay better than I expected from a chocolate place. The hot chocolate made me say wow omg this is so good multiple times. We followed our meals with a kids size chocolate pizza dessert which was HUGE and so so good. Skip everything in Times Square and come directly to union square and eat here immediately, you’ll actually think your money was well spent.

Food was good. I had the Mac and cheese which was very good. My son had the marshmallow hot chocolate and he said it was the best hot chocolate he ever had. The desserts are also very good. My son had the chocolate pizza and he said it was good but dry. I had the strawberry and cream waffles which were very good and my friend had the Euphoria Peanut Butter Sundae which she said was good but very rich. Overall recommend. It’s a fun place.

Hey it's your boy again this time we in the city looking for my favorite thing to get into desserts. Well we picked Max Brenner and this place is super packed there is music playing and just a perfect vibe going on and then comes the food and finally dessert. I posted a few I sampled and sample more from cakes to teas simply amazing guys and gals. If you in the city this is a spot to try.

We went mainly because we heard about the chocolate but decided to have dinner as well. We split the Pub Steak (to save room for chocolate) and it was one of the best meals we had in NYC. It had a delicious pesto butter on it and the steak was on top of a layer of colored potatoes and it was fantastic! Then on to the chocolate.... We shared the Fondue platter for 2 ( I think it was called the European) and it was perfect! You pick two chocolates and it also has caramel with marshmallows, cookies, brownies, strawberries etc to dip. So good that writing this review makes me want to go back!
